1.Q: What's your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made, do I need to pay you extra cost for it?

A:Our MOQ is 1 piece for the wedding dresses. We accept Customized size, you need to pay for the Customized fee. And we accept Customized design, but firstly we need to check whether we can make the design or not, then we will quote to you.

2.Q : Can I modify your designs,such as add sleeve, change the lace, change the zipper to lace up, etc?

A:Yes, you can modify our designs, but our designers would check if the dresses can be modified as what you want. You also need to pay the extra cost for the modification.

3.Q:What's your delivery and payment?

A:It will take 30-35 days for few samples;35-45 days for 20-100 pieces regular orders. We will do our best to help you if you need the dresses urgently. 3 - 7 days by DHL, Fedex or UPS from China to your office.50% deposit before prodcution; 50% rest before shipment by Bank Transfer or Western Union.

4.Q: What if the quality problems occur? Who will bear the shiping cost if my dresses need to be modified?

A:We will bear all the shipping cost if the products are not as advertised.You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the shipment received date for quality problem. If this item is in your possession over 7 days. It is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. There are no exceptions!

4.Q:Can you accept our own designs?
A:Of course, welcome your designs. You can show us the pictures, for big order, you'd better send us your sample dresses.

5.Q:Mix order is acceptable?
A: Of course,we can accept the mix order.Like different colors,size,designs.

6.Q:About price: If I want a big order, can the price be cheaper/pc?
A:Yes. You will enjoy our discount If you repeat and have our wholesale price when you have a big order.

6.Q:I have my own design, can you make it for me?
A:Yes, we can. We offer customized service. OEM/ODM is both ok.
