1.Q: What's your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made, do I need to pay you extra cost for it?

A:Our MOQ for dress is 1piece. But of course, the more you order, the bigger discount you can give as bulk order will be in lower cost. We accept custom-made service free of charge, but it will take 25-45 days to finish it.

2.Q: What about the dress color difference?
A:Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, color difference can not be avoided, so we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be excetly same as the pictures you saw, please understand.

3.Q:Custom size. Pls size. Size deviation.
A:Custom size is okay and no custom fees.
Plus size is okay. Will need plus fees when size larger than US20.
Allow size deviation about 1-2 inch.
Because different people and factory has a bit different measure way.
Pls measure or check your size according to our size chart before order.

4.Q:Deposit for payment accept ?
A:for small amount payment need full payment before production , 40% -- 80% deposit for large amount orders , please contact service to see details
