A:Yes, the gowns you see on our website are our sample gowns; which means that what you see is what you get. We also can follow clients photos to customize.

2. Q:Does factory offer Bespoke/Made-To-Measure services?

A: Yes, We offers bespoke/ Made-To-Measure services. Our bespoke dressmaking service is created specially for you! Tailored to your exact shape and designed completely as you have dreamed it to be. The most important part of the process is to keep your happiness and ideas for your dress as our top priority.

3. Q:What are your working hours?

A: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

4. Q:How do I find what size I should order?

A:To find the correct size for your gown, you will need to come down to get your measurements taken by our professionals. However, if you do not have the time to come down for measurement taking, you can take your measurement with our guide. You will need a bust, waist and hip measurement. Every Product will have a size chart posted under "sizing" along with the product description. We recommend ordering the size that your largest measurement falls in. It is always easier to take a gown in than it is to let out. Our stylist are here during store hours to help you select a size if you wish to call.

5. How will my dress be prepared for shipment?

A:After your dress is complete, we'll turn it inside-out to prepare it for shipment. Sending your dress inside-out will ensure that the delicate lace and beadwork is not disturbed in transit. Your dress will be placed in a bag to protect it from moisture, and then placed in a sturdy box for shipment.

Large gowns will be packed in a vacuum-sealed bag to minimize shipping costs for the customer.
