1.Q: What's your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made?Do you accept customized order? Do I need to pay you extra cost for it?
A: The MOQ is 1 pc. We can do customized order according to your requirements. Customized service will not cost you extra charge, but will take 30-40 days to finish it.

2.Q : Can I modify your designs,such as add sleeves, change the lace, change the zipper to lace up, etc?
A:Yes, you can modify our designs, but our designers would check if the dresses can be modified as what you want. You also need to pay the extra cost for the modification.

3.Q:Is OEM service available for you? Can you put my labels on my dresses?
A:OEM service is available by us. If you want to put your own labels, you may send your labels to us, and if it is our designs with your labels, you have to protect our designing right.
 

4. Q: How does your company do regarding quality control?

A The quality is depend on the price,we have many products, we can't promise that all the products have the same quality,for we need to satisfy different customer's requirements, some one needs high quality, some one needs low price ,it's according to your requirements!

5. Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers ?

A Different products has different price, although the same product which use different fabric and workmanship will have different price, as suppliers, we promise to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers!

6. Are all your pictures real?

A All our pictures are taken from real sample wedding dresses. There might be different in color, because of the computer monitor settings. With the difference in the measurement method, please allowed 1~2 cm in size deviation.
